What we collect
PE collects account information, API usage metadata, billing events, and workflow records needed to operate clinic payment automation.
How we use it
Usage data is used to enforce limits, display dashboards, troubleshoot workflows, generate billing records, and improve platform reliability.
HIPAA
Production clinic deployments require the right PHI handling, access controls, retention policy, and a signed Business Associate Agreement.
Retention
Request logs and workflow records are retained according to the plan and deployment configuration. Enterprise retention is configurable.
